Advancing Frontier Research in Intelligent & Emerging Technologies

The Gopal K Saxena Foundation is a non-profit (Sec. 8) start-up engaged in conducting fundamental research in cutting-edge, new age technologies specifically – Quantum Technologies, and AI/ML. The Foundation supports specialised research initiatives. It is registered with the various government agencies i.e. Darpan (as recognised non-profit), Udyam (as recognised MSME) and DPIIT (as recognised Start Up).

The research is carried out under two units of the foundation:

A. Gopal Saxena Centre for Advanced Research (GSCAR). For conducting research in Quantum Technologies. For more details click here.

B. Gopal Saxena Centre for AI Research (GSCAIR). For conducting research in ethical, applied AI/ML technologies, with focus on Education to begin with. For more details click here.

We have a research infrastructure in Bangalore supported by a large facility in Himachal Pradesh (on a 25-acre campus) with multiple laboratories. The Bangalore campus is already operational and work is going on for expanding to other locations.

Founded by Dr. Gopal K Saxena, Educationist and Visionary, the Foundation, supports rigorous scientific inquiry into emerging technologies that have the potential to transform how we learn, discover, and solve complex problems. It is built as a start-up style, autonomous research organization focused on:
